On July 15, 2004, one of your technicians, Jim, came to our home for a service appointment. I would like to comment on his punctuality, professionalism, and pleasantness during this visit. Jim was on time and very cheerful on arrival. The inspection of the appliance was done in a timely manner but also gave the customers (my husband and myself) a feeling of a confident and trusted employee. Jim's pleasant manner and demeanor made us feel that after the several (8) visits from various technicians, Maintenance Plus has a "keeper" ... an employee that represents the integrity and credibility of the business.
